Nabeel Amjad earns scientific computing award at RPI

Nabeel Amjad, a part-time computer education specialist in the Learning Assistance Center, recently received an award at RPI, where he is a full-time Ph.D. student.

The Belsky Award is given annually to a Ph.D. student who has done “amazing” work in the area of scientific computing.

Among a group of highly-competitive applicants, Amjad was selected by the School of Engineering to receive this prestigious award for his strong research and academic performance in scientific computing.
